NAPC makes a strong commiment to teaching our students what it means to follow Jesus. One of the key components of the Youth Ministry is the "confirmation" program. Confirmation at NAPC is the process by which adolescents learn the Christian faith, affirm their faith publicly, and then become member of the Church. The confirmation class is for 7th through 9th graders, beginning in October and concluding in May. The confirmation classes are led by Pastor David and Jannette Milligan, a 9th grade Humanities teacher at New Albany High School. Classes meet every other Sunday evening from 5:30-8:00 pm at the church office. The evenings are spent enjoying dinner together and having interactive, relevant teaching created by David and Jannette. If you are interested in finding out more about this program, please call or email Debbie Bowers. NAPC also has an active youth group for High School kids, which meets every other Sunday evening at the home of Matt and Lilly McSweeny. The group shares fellowship time, explores further the Christian faith, and discusses how to put their faith into action.
