Leadership

Meet the Pastors

Our pastoral team is committed to preaching the Word faithfully, shepherding the congregation with care, and equipping every member for a life of discipleship and service.

David Milroy

Pastor David has been married to his wife Lia for over 28 years, and they are blessed with five children – Hunter (married to Grace), Isabella, Katherine and Annie. He also has (in his unbiased opinion) the most incredible grandson ever, Nathan. He enjoys his family and friends very much, he reads theology, classic and hobbit novels, he cycles and runs and plays golf poorly. David has been the lead pastor of NAPC since 2004, and he loves his job.

Ken Rathburn

Ken and his family have called NAPC home since 2007. After many years serving as a lay leader and elder while practicing law, Ken joined NAPC’s pastoral staff in May 2017. He oversees the church’s discipleship ministries and delights in helping others behold the glory of God and learn to see all of life through the Gospel. Ken is a candidate for Teaching Elder in the EPC. He and his wife, Lisa, were married in 2001 and are grateful for their three children. In his spare time, Ken enjoys being with family and friends, reading and writing, good coffee, great food, and decent golf.

Tanner Fixari

Tanner came to faith in Jesus through the ministries of NAPC 20 years ago when he was 14 years old. He has been married to his amazing wife, Brittney, for 6 years. They have three incredible children, Cameron, Peyton, and Connor. During the week, he is a full-time EPC ordained chaplain with Hospice of Central Ohio.
